I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were incredibly spacious, they definitely need some updating. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, with the helpful and friendly Japanese staff going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The location was unbeatable, right next to Hakata station, making it super convenient for exploring Fukuoka. The dining options were a hit or miss, with delicious freshly prepared dishes but also some room for improvement. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms had a unique layout due to the building's design, and the massage chair was a nice touch, making it stand out from your typical Japanese hotel. It was a bit old, but it added to the charm. The service was helpful, despite some language barriers, and they even assisted with rescheduling my stay. The location couldn't be more convenient, right in front of Hakata station and connected to various malls. The dining was tasty but lacked variety, and the price was reasonable for what I received.
